The development of new machines starts in the construction department.

The machines are virtually designed using a most modern 3D CAD software on most modern data processors. Before the run-up of the first prototypes certain situations can be simulated. An important part of the documentation has just to be established during the construction such as drawings, documentation for the development or spare part lists.

The parameters of the 3D models are directly transmitted from the construction department to the manufacturing machine. However during the manufacturing process our employees apply the famous swabian exactness as well as their long experience. Machines cannot evaluate the work and the fitting accuracy of the parts.

A firmly organized quality management accompanies the manufacturing process to guarantee and documentate an equal high quality and to interrupt and correct the manufacturing process if this would be necessary.

The production ends with the final control of each machine as well as with their despatch.

The delivery of the machines is directly effected with carriers working with our European distributors, with forwarding agents or parcel services.
